Priya Mallick has made a special mark in the field of playback singing

Patna 03 August Priya Mallick, who was runner up of singing reality show Om Shanti Om, has made her a distinct identity in the field of playback in today’s era. Priya said that to fulfill her dream as a singer, she has completed a six-year course in music field from Prayag Music Society Allahabad. Priya said that this year she got an opportunity to participate in Singing reality show Om Shanti Om and she became the runner-up. Priya told that during the reality show, when he sang with Bhajan Samrat Anup Jalota, “aeisi lagi lagan mira ho gayi magan”

Sonakshi Sinha became enchanted and gave her the full name Patna Ki Phuljhari. Sonakshi Sinha told the composer duo Sachin-Jigar that when she made music for her, Priya became her voice.

Priya said that even though she has studied in classical music, she wants to sing every genre song. Priya said that there was no barrier for me as a singer. I just want to sing in every language and every genre. I think language is not a bond as a singer artist.

I want to sing all kinds of songs like Sufi, romantic, classical. It is true that I have singed songs based on classical music in the concert yet, but I would sing only such songs. I like listening to Ghazals. I get the chance and sometimes listen to the ghazals.  Priya, who loves classical music, says that “music is a sadhana.

There can be no ‘shortcut’ to move forward in the field of music. Priya said that whatever she is today her mother and father Reached because of it. My mother has worked tirelessly for me.
