I’m okay doing bold scenes : Actor Upen Chauhan
Actor Upen Chauhan known for television shows like “Mariam”, “Bepannah”, “Dil Hi Toh Hai”, and ALTBalaji’s “Hum” talks about being comfortable in doing bold scenes for his upcoming project “Panchali”
“There are bold scenes but, I was okay doing that it was an important part of the story. More than the scenes being bold, it’s about what’s going on inside characters’ mind and in his/her life. And how those scenes were important in showing characters’ own journey and moving the overall story forward.
So being an artist I was absolutely comfortable. And if there was any minimum amount of hesitation, my fabulous coactor Anupriya made it easy and more comfortable for me,” Upen said in a statement.
The actor is creative and keeps passion in different kinds of art, the talented actor said, “I enjoy Writing and Performing urdu poetry, Story Writing, Story Telling (Daastan-goyi), Voice Overs, Anchoring/emceeing.”
When asked about his dream role he said, “There is not one. There is a long list. And my dream is big enough to accommodate all of them.” And concluded talking about his inspiration.
“Every person who is and has been moving forward with tremendous learning and hope is my inspiration including my own self. So again there are many. Even in daily life I get inspired by so many people around me (actors and non actors)”
